One-Day Training on Self-Assessment Report (SAR) Preparation
Training workshop on preparing comprehensive Self-Assessment Reports for academic programs as per HEC guidelines.
The Quality Enhancement Cell organized a one-day training workshop for department heads and faculty members on the preparation of Self-Assessment Reports (SAR). The workshop was conducted in accordance with the HEC's Program Review Manual.
Key topics covered included understanding the SAR format and requirements, collecting and analyzing data for various assessment criteria, developing improvement plans based on SAR findings, and understanding the external review process.
Department heads from 12 academic departments participated in the workshop. Each department formed a SAR committee to work on their respective program reports.
