Training on Semester System for Fatima Jinnah Degree College for Women, Gilgit
A comprehensive training session was conducted for faculty and administration of Fatima Jinnah Degree College on implementing the semester system.
The Quality Enhancement Cell of KIU conducted a comprehensive training session at Fatima Jinnah Degree College for Women, Gilgit, on the implementation of the semester system. The training was designed to assist the college faculty and administration in transitioning from the annual examination system to a semester-based academic calendar.
The training covered key aspects including semester planning and scheduling, course load distribution, continuous assessment methods, grading system implementation, and student record management.
Over 40 faculty members and administrative staff participated in the training. The participants expressed their appreciation for the practical guidance provided and requested follow-up sessions.
